Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><P><SPAN>This polygon is a geographic representation of Parking District 1 that was formed in 1959 via Resolution 149-59 (CM). Bonds were issued for the acquisition of lands and the construction of off-street Parking Lots. The District provides a means for Businesses within the Central Business District to share off-street parking facilities, eliminating the need for each business to provide off-street parking with its facility. The District has been an asset to the revitalization of downtown Watsonville.
